SERVICES

We pride ourselves on having exceptional customer services so we offer a variety of ways to purchase artwork available with Pwerle. We have our online store in which you are able to read up in depth further on each artwork / artist we represent. If you prefer to feel and see the artwork, we offer private appointments also – within this, we get in contact with you to get a gauge on what you are after, we will put a selection together for you and come to your chosen destination. We know in the past, clients have appreciated having the artwork in their homes to get a realistic idea on what the chosen artwork will look like in the required space.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

If you choose to purchase with Pwerle, the artwork will be sent to unstretched unless agreed on otherwise with the client directly. If you would like the artwork delivered to you stretched, extra charges may apply. You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity from DACOU Gallery with all art purchases also. Where there is available of photos of the artist producing the artwork, we would be happy to apply that also.

PURCHASING DETAILS

You can enquire directly about any single painting by emailing hello@pwerle.com.au with the stock number included in the subject title. If you wish to purchase any of our paintings, Pwerle accepts payments via any major credit card and PayPal. This can be through our online shop or phone Director Jade Torres on 0412 104 797 with this information and the painting code number (important) listed on each paintings page.
Funds can be lodged via direct deposit, which is one of the options available in the online ordering process, using this following information:

Payment is required before the artwork is dispatched from our Head Office. You will also receive an invoice via. email after a single purchase and a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the stock has been dispatched.

LAY-BY OPTIONS:

We also offer in house lay-by systems, feel free to contact Jade at jade@pwerle.com.au for further questions. We generally will require a 20% deposit up front and for the remaining of the balance to be paid off within 3 months. Take note that the artwork will be dispatched once the full payment has been made.

PRICE

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars including GST. 

FREIGHT

Pwerle will freight the unstretched painting to you free of charge to anywhere in the world. International orders are sent via DHL Express where a tracking number is given to you enabling you to track the parcel on the DHL website. The painting is delivered to your door within 4-5 working days.
Interstate orders are sent by DHL Express also. The painting will be delivered to your door within 1-4 working days.

INSURANCE AND HANDLING

Pwerle handles all insurance requirements for paintings valued at $10,000 or more. For overseas clients there may be a charge for various taxes into the nominated country. Clients can be assured that utmost attention is paid to the packing of these beautiful pieces of art ensuring the safety and arrival of undamaged goods.

INDUSTRY PRICING

Pwerle Gallery is proud to present our clients quality artwork at a reasonable and fair price. We do not offer refunds; however, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, at any time, you may exchange your painting for another piece in our stock room by that of a living artist. Galleries or organisations wanting to purchase a quantity of our fine art will receive a reduction in price according to the order placed. Please contact one of our staff for further details.
